	SHIPMENTS: Actual shipping cost will be determined and added to your order at the time of invoicing, FOB Davie, FL. All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. During the Holiday Season, please anticipate additional lead time. All orders are shipped via ground transportation unless otherwise requested. Please specify in the comments if any other freight carriers are desired. DAMAGES and SHORTAGES: Please report all shortages within 5 days of the receipt of your shipment. Be certain to unpack you order, checking the inside of each carton, because merchandise is consolidated to save on shipping charges. All products are checked and inspected prior to shipping. All claims for damages must be made with the carrier.
